yes, I have everything except for the cityserver folder
I did all the trouble shooting, updated drivers, did openAL, reinstalled and tried over. Nothing works, same glitch

The TSOClient folder or just the sims online folder?
You have to open from the application file in the folder where you downloaded the dist to, called "Freeso". That's how you run the game

There will be a .exe file that's called FreeSO in the TSO Client folder you downloaded your packets to. That's what you use to launch
