I have been a sims fan for YEARS. My first game in the series I played was the PS2 release of The Sims from edge of reality. That was an awesome game. Moved to Bustin Out and eventually bought The Sims Online and played that from 2004ish to the final dreadful day in 2008. The Sims 1 and 2 eras were amazing. We got fun original expansion packs, fun side spinoffs (like bustin out and urbz) and we got The Sims Online. What do we have now? We have The Sims 3, which was a very unoptimized buggy disaster with overpriced non original expansions, worlds that are poorly designed and so much content that is pay to use from the store. We got a non original console adaption (It removed the staple two player and story modes!) and now we have The Sims 4, which is just so badly designed and such a step back in terms of gameplay, originality and content. Sure, we had some surprises. MySims turned out to actually be pretty cool. But thats it. Does anyone else feel the same about modern "The Sims Studio" developed games?
