Let me get this straight: it compiles on Visual Studio 2013, but only if you copy everything from TSOClient to the debug folder?
I doubt that. You're looking at a separate issue here: your content isn't compiling, and in my experience that's usually because you didn't install Windows Phone SDK 7. But hey, if you don't care about compiling content, you can just move the Content folder from TSOClient back into debug :)

I'm not going to be playing around with content but I didn't see that I had to install WPSDK7...

Sigh. I edited your original post to contain a couple more steps that should hopefully make the client compile (content and all). Not sure why you added the step about copying DLLs, as those libs should be built for you when you build the client solution, but whatever...
    Stickying this thread.

    yay! My first sticky! :p
On a serious note, I have no idea why you have to add the DLLs but it overwrites them anyway. o_O

You don't have to add them... They copy over when they build.

VS 2013 Community. I need to do more testing before I know if I've solved the problems.

    I'm on Windows 10. XD

I know that sounds crazy but I got tired of Windows 8's nonsense rather quickly.
