FSO-Playtesting Server, We're Back!

You don't need to request access, there is no server that is online 24/7.
The servers are hosted by normal user like you, in fact you could open up a "server" yourself.

I misunderstood, didn't see the server address right away. But I'm still asking for it to be opened.
I know we can run servers, but that looked a little complicated for me.

I know it's exciting to finally be able to play "TSO" (again) and I don't mean to be rude or anything but just be a little bit patient JDrocks host PlayTests quite frequently.

No, people ask for me to start the server, I start it then you join. I wouldn't make joining my server such a hassle.

Also, there is a info page for new users, simply go to the first post on this thread. PLEASE! Who ever is new, read that.

Are you able to open the server now, or are there not enough people wanting it at the moment?

It depend if others want to. Though right now I'm playing with my friends on something else.

@xXJDrocks450Xx Strange, I didn't get a notification about the server getting open, but I got the previous message "how about now?"
I know you have a skype group, but may I suggest a Twitter? With a twitter, you could simply tweet that you're opening the server and if we have notifications on, we'll get notified instantly.

That doesn't seem feesiable. Unless you use Twitterdeck, people without won't get notified unless they are tagged and even then that's limiting since there's a character limit on that.
