FSO Translations

Since I prefer not to go through the process of making demo repos for a pull request, the second self of contributing for newbies links to Github's tutorial.

First merge! After two years, @Arcthur has added additional translations for Portuguese.

Just because branches are cheap, doesn't mean you should make one for every single file.

I started the Dutch translation some time ago but i am only on like the 8th file xP I can't do a lot because i've got school and a llot of activities now, I also never played the game so I don't know the context from some files :s

Feel free to push your changes. Anyone else who's dutch is welcome to add further translations and same goes for any other unfinished translations.

I don't think that there are more Dutch people here, I think it's only spoken in Belguim (where I liive) and the Netherlands, so it's A small part

(Fun fact, if you use Google Translate (English -dutch) on the Wikipage from The Nether from minecraft, some words with Nether wille be translated to 'Netherlands' in Dutch)

Oh, i was doing them until Afr0 quit the project, I'll try to continue them when i get home, but i need to download TSO again
Edit: Dang........forgot i don't have internet connection at home because of some problem with i don't know what, so it may take longer than expected, but feel free to contribute to my translation, i'll get my hands on it when i have everything ready
