Did you overwrite the original packingslips folder? If it's still not working, try to move the game to C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims Online if you installed it on another hard drive/partition or folder
OKay i got the game work but i can't accept the sim and play. Is the server down or I can't play yet.
