    FreeSO Update Utility
    A nostalgic updater for the game.

    This does NOT install the game, only the launcher, and therefore will NOT
    work if there isn't a valid FreeSO installation.

    About the Update Utility
    As you would expect from an update manager, FreeSO Update Utility (or FreeSO Updater)
    will keep your game and itself updated, with only a click of a button. It also includes other
    handy tools to make your FreeSO experience better.

    Uninstalling
    FreeSO Update Utility     does not put any records in your registry,
    so you only have to delete the fsopatch-win32-x64 folder where you installed it,
    and delete the shortcut that was created on the desktop.​

    Are you using Zack's code for detecting build number? I'd like to change the project name from ProjectDollhouse_TsoClient to something more accurate, but that would break Blue Rose. Also, are you loading images from TSOPatch?

    Yes, it reads from externalStatus.html?js=1, not exactly the same code though, this uses another language.
    I could make it use the TSOPatch images with some library, I'll take a look. It currently does not.

    Looks very nice so far! I'm impressed that you were able to replicate the original updater with this much success!

    I've already tried with some people and everything seems to be working, so here is the download link: link removed, old buggy version.
    This is just a start, there are many stuff I want to implement, but I don't really want this to get too bloated.
    The package includes an installer that should extract the files and create a shortcut on your desktop, with the name "FreeSO Launcher".​

    It must load images from TSOPatch, otherwise it will violate copyright laws and will paint a big target on the project code (which is pretty clean right now)

    I've been able to make it work with .tga images.
    I will post the release build soon, includes new features like launcher settings (fullscreen or windowed, ogl or dx, window size...).
    The Beta version is already released (in the main post), and won't be updated any further!

    For all that beta-tested, thank you for doing so.

    For anyone that installed a previous beta version, no changes needed, just install this release.

    Changelog:
    - Various bugfixes and enhancements.
    - Launcher Options (DX/OGL, Fullscreen/Windowed).
    - Automatically calculates the right window size for FreeSO (this should fix fullscreen on OGL and DX).
