Currently skill objects serve no purpose on lots where the skills disabled, which essentially makes them decoration only. Maybe objects like the piano / guitar could give you fun when the skills are disabled?
silly question,to achieve this you only need disable "Available to visitors" flag in TTAB,no functional improvements are required to disable skills that need some modifies in bhav for bypass skill parts(mainly are some semiglobals),but still very easy to achieve
The disabled skills that BSzili is referring to is a FreeSO feature. Lot owners now have a lot setting that allows them to disable Skill Gameplay. This disables skill gain, money gain from money making objects (since they use skills to determine the payout) and it also disables skill decay.
