In the first error, it's likely that either your PC doesn't have enough RAM or you're simply not leaving enough for FreeSO to use. Please provide some system specifications.
The second error can be ignored - do NOT click OK or close it, as this will just close the client. Leave it safely in the background and continue playing.
freeso.org is not open. Not sure why you're running out of memory, considering you haven't even loaded any lots yet.
Is freeso.org a real server?

Testing to see if any other errors come up.
Also did a repair on Microsoft.Xna.Framework dll file
The real .dll is FSO.LotView.dll now. Should probably change the assembly GUID so that this problem stops happening.
