I've been making slow progress on encryption, but it still isn't working. :\
I'm going to Spain for two weeks as I'm writing this, but I'm bringin my laptop so I might get some work put in!

So I just logged onto the server for the first time since April probably and I have three sims now. i remember making two. The third sim looks to be a copy of the first one I made. Anyone else have this happen?
and then after writing this I went back to the screen and it logged me in to the city without me doing so. curious.
I can't even log in.
I can log in just fine. The thing I should mention is that the "City Servers" are down because Afr0/RHY is working on the simulation of the game
I'm currently installing TSO right now (I download it from here right?)
Then I'm guessing when it's done, I download RA II here I suppose.
Is that all correct?
Yep, everything is correct.
Apparently TSO is going to take 2 hours to install :/
I have time anyways, I'm just going to go code while I wait.
On the other hand, is the server on and stuff? And are there messages or anything like seeing other players in game yet?
Currently no. Not even the city servers are online because they are being created (Animations, Objects, etc)
How do I log into the game? I tried logging into EA account and there is an error.
Did you install the Project Dollhouse client?
"C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient\TSOClient.exe"
is the location of the client. That's what I've been trying to use.
I was supposed to run "Project Dollhouse Client.exe" instead lol..
Found it and I can log in!
Thing is, I can't make a sim, but I guess that's because the City servers aren't up.
Edit: looked around debug mode and simantics stuff, can't wait until multiplayer is implemented.
I have a question... are the developers going to make their own database for users for login/registration?
Awesome. How come it isn't implemented into the game yet?
(I'm assuming this because I can login with a bunch of characters as login and password.)
