Please know this is not a hateful post. Everything done so far is appreciated, but here is something I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking: I guess I'm unsure why lots were upped to being able to have 24 sims instead of 18 like TSO. Was there an expectation of a larger community with only one map? I can tell you that as it is now, it's impossible as a homeowner to get any visitors to a money or even skill house with these numbers, because everyone in this small community will go to "the one house they're used to". It means there is only ever one completely full money and skill house, with the other houses dangling with a few here and there that are just waiting for an opening to go the full house. Or they just sign off if they can't get in the full one. 18 was a more reasonable number, but with our community size, I would recommend maybe even lower, like 13 or 15. Today I went back a couple pages in the General Discussion and saw a recommendation about skill house specialization bonuses. This idea would also be good to spread the love on skill houses (and help people actually get the high speed on their desired skill). I understand this would be something you'd have to create though, so I'm aware it's not something you can "just do". But it's a lovely idea, if possible. Thanks for hearing me out on this.
