Do you have this file in your packingslips folder? The error says it's missing. uigraphics.xml You should have only these files in the packingslips folder.

Have you tried opening the game clicking on the Freeso.exe file in the folder C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims Online/TSOClient/? If you manage to get in you have to type the server in this box: I think there are only two servers online at this moment: freeso.ml and dennusz95.ddns.net
