Ok got it, don't run the installer from that folder. Just extract it all onto the desktop then run it from the desktop. You're having User Account Control errors because Program Files is a protected directory.

right. that shouldn't happen. once you extract all files from the download zip, just click on the Official FSO Installer Utility x86 Edition that you already extracted. run as admin

yes, get the new installer from http://play.freeso.net/ you can skip the TSO files step, just install freeso and openAL
