When did you install from the launcher? Is it the latest one that was updated on play.freeso.net in the last 16 hours? If so, run it as admin. This error happens when you don't run as admin or if you have an older version installed.

This is a good bug report. However there will be a new installation version in the coming day that will include the packing slips. If you want to look in the forums for the Dropbox link to the packing slips and install them manually, you can do that. Otherwise your issue will soon be fixed.
