I think maybe your anitvirus might be deleting it since it is unrecognizable, check your antivirus ;)

If you have a newer computer, you should be opening the .exe "As administrator" If you installed it correctly, you SHOULD have the "tso.client" application in your folder. If it's not there you will need to reinstall from the start. These Installation steps seems to have helped a lot of people...
