Monogame does not support Intel GMA. If you are not using Intel GMA, update your graphics drivers.
 
According to Intel your graphics processor support OpenGL 1.3, and 1.1 is required for ARB_framebuffer_object, so try updating your graphics drivers.
 
Intel cards always have partial support. The other features of monogame need 2.3 support anyways...

How did you did it? Oh sorry man i feel dumb ecuse me i´m just not a native english speaker i speak actually in spanish lol but i have the same problem help me D: what can i do with the packing lips package? or when i can copy/paste all the files? what do i do with the freeso files and even the carpets/folders is it? that includes? Help me i´m giving up!!
