When i started fso i tried to create my own account , separate from my wife whom also plays but was unable to and recieved a message to share account. Limitation based on isp /ip or something. I was playing as well as my wife when i seen a message in main chat about multi client ban for me. I asked him how that could be because i tried my own account and received a message i had to share account. He told me to go to support and put information here... so here it is. Am i banned? can i create a new account and get my sim on it?

Go to the "freeso support" link and then click Add a Ticket and explain the situation.
Don't create a new account. You might be temporarily banned but that will be lifted when they take a look and see you are two people. I think they make a notation so they know in future to expect 2 people to play on the one account. But if you do anything that seems like you are one person using 2 accounts they will ban you for good.
