Cannot play the game since update, can't locate it anywhere!

I got a message yesterday saying the update would replace something and ever since than I cannot locate the game anywhere on my computer or on my taskbar. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know what I can do besides reinstall the whole game (takes an hour and a little more)? Anyone?
