Can't get a password reset on iCloud Mail

Hello, I've tried to reset my FreeSO password (game, not forum) multiple times but I don't recieve the email. Also I tried making a account for my girlfriend and the same happens

I seem to have the same problem - I have a game account that I don't remember the details for and while the account recovery page recognizes my e-mail address, I never actually receive the message. It just says "The email address is already awaiting a password reset."

My e-mail is also hosted by iCloud, same e-mail I used to create my forum account. Junk folder was checked - nothing seems to be coming in from FreeSO.
