Can't load to game

after a created sim, it's stuck at this point for already 2 hrs.

i'm not sure if it's normal that it take this long? or anything went wrong with the game

after i can enter the game for a while, then it error, after that i can't enter the game anymore since midnight, can't get through 43%

It's nothing new the game been up and down with error 23 and game crashes especially today you can check https://freeso.ml/status/ for server update if needed hope this help!
