Can't Purchase Property

I'm hoping someone can help me. I tried to purchase a property. I am new and homeless. I get to the point of naming the property, click it then get an error stating "Error can't move property". I'm pretty confused at this point. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you, Ms Bunny
