Can't Run Game With DirectX Mode

Hello everyone, I have been experimenting an annoying issue since I installed FreeSO for the first time and all the times I had reinstalled it(5 in total): I cannot play in Direct X mode even if I have the latest version installed for my pc! Here is the proof(according to Driver Booster 6 Spanish Version):

Every time I hit the play button with the Direct X option selected in setting this message pops up:

I can only play the game with the Software option instead of the Direct X or Open GL options.
Can anyone please tell me what is going on and why I see this message?
 
I don't think your GPU has a high enough feature level to run the game. The most common limiting factor is support for DDY and DDX support in pixel shaders, and rendering with multiple render targets (which 1st gen Intel HD, older Intel GMAs don't support).
