This feature is not implemented yet....this is the message I get in chat options. Everyone in game can talk, but I can't!?!?!?! Help!!!!!!!!!!!

You use the return or "Enter" key on your keyboard to chat. A helpful chat shortcut is to press "Ctrl + H" (it opens the lot chat, useful if you are privately messaging someone at the same time)
