Crash at Character Select

Hello to everyone!
I want to know if I can ask for insight with this issue. I had to run the game on DX11 mode due too some issues with my Intel GMA and everything Is running excellent except for this.

And there's also no sound!

Hey guys, I found a solution, im sorry for creating a thread. I downloaded and installed this:

Since you installed the DirectX Web Installer package you get all the 'Optional DirectX Components' that don't come standard with Windows anymore.
Including all the XAudio2.dll's; + more which is the reason why you didn't get any music/sound at all.
