I'm having this same pop up happen. My friend installed his no problem but I cannot get passed this Yikes box.

If you really must (and you can) delete the "MSZipTemp" folder where the "FreeSO Installer.exe" is located.
It will allow you to re-do the entire TSO installation (hopefully without CAB errors!)
- If that still doesn't work, you could try to re-extract the installer from the .zip you downloaded.
