Creating a Sim

When creating a Sim for the first time, I get to the, "Please wait while your new Sim is being created..." screen then, the game says not responding and does nothing else.

HP Windows 10 Pavilion 15-ba053ur
Processor: AMD A10-9600P Radeon R5, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 2.40 GHz
Installed memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

'Tim' is very common name and is already taken.
Try another name. You can include a surname to make it more unique. If the name is taken, it currently freezes.
