We lost a large plaza fountain and some other items from our property (some flowers and one of the metal signs near a gravestone) today. The fountain was 35k simoleans. Is this the right place to report this? We have also lost a couple items from personal Inventory in the past week or so.

Did you buy it from a store lot? Items purchased from store lots remain listed for sale even after purchasing them, and can disappear because of this. You need to manually cancel the sale of all items you buy from lots to avoid losing your stuff.

Place the purchased object in the world, then pick it up in buy mode. There should be a button that says "Cancel Sale" at the bottom. Do this for all objects you buy from store lots.

Is there a way you can get your money/object back if you did not do this? I've had 1 item and 2 pets that have disappeared possibly due to this and its cost a lot of time and work to get those. I did not know you needed to do that after purchase. I had sold some items at a loss due to trying to get another pet after mine disappeared and trying to replace items. My first pet was also glitchy and kept changing breeds even though I paid for a specific breed at a store. Is there anything I can do about that stuff? Thank you for any possible help.

You got your money when they bought the item.
A recent patch removed the need to do that (though I imagine anything bought before the patch still needs to have it done)
The pet breed changing I believe is something you can't do much about. Make sure to put the pet into the container before logging out maybe? Apparently the breed change has something to do with server resets or updates or something. Maybe the pet being put away during those times will prevent that from happening.
