Dog disappears after being released

Hi all,
It's already happened twice in two days. I bought a dog and I put in the cage. Once I released it, it showed that it was outside the lot. The dog was also trying to interact with people but of course it couldn't. It didnt run away as I didnt see it actually coming out from the cage and I didnt receive any message.

I tried to log out few time but nothing happened. The dog actually disappeared from the bottom bar.

Is it a bug? As it happened the same for two dogs.

You do have to be very careful that nothing (including yourself) is blocking the crate door. Once the pet is "out of bounds", the lot has to be reset (completely empty for at least two minutes), and when you log back in, the crate should appear beside your mailbox.
