Flickering

The game seems to be flickering a ton, anyone else having this problem? Is it just Windows 10 being Windows 10, or is it something I can fix?

Details:

running it at 1024 × 768 in fullscreen, running win10, normal res is 1366x768. can post shitty laptop specs if needed.

Fixed it! All I had to do was run it 800x600 in windowed mode. Will keep up just in case someone has the same problem
