How do you transfer ownership?

Hello!

Another player is trying to transfer ownership of her lot to me, how exactly do you do this because we have no idea !

First she makes you her roommate.
Assuming you are the oldest (only?) roommate she then kicks herself out f the house by going to her own profile's Sim Permissions Options. If you are not the oldest roommate then the others who were there before you probably need to be kicked out first (I am assuming it goes by who was roommate first, not sim-age)

At first it'll seem like she is still the owner of the house but you'll find you have all of the owners rights and abilities. Not sure if it clears itself up on it's own or if it'll say she is owner until she moves in somewhere (instead of being homeless).

I tried this, but it bugged out and now NOBODY is an owner. AND NO ONE CAN BUILD. Did you eventually get it to work? I've spent hours working on this problem so any help would be appreciated
