Launch Screen Error

Finally got everything installed and tried running with Windows XP Service Pack, no longer crashing. But I think the screen is supposed to have a window for me to login into? This is what I see.ScreenShot_20170218215535.png
 
OK you have installed the "Legacy" version, you need the Global Server version if you want to play online with other sims.

The link above will give you a self explanatory installer, it will automatically install everything you need; by clicking the button "Install everything".
 
Thank you for the response. I reinstalled it, made sure it was the Global Server version, but I have the same result.
 
Only one monitor, the stuff to the side is Advanced Systemcare I used to take the screenshot, I just didn't move it out of the way.
