My account was suspended or cancelled? Why?!

I swear I didn't do anything wrong, I just went to log in today and it said that, could I please get some help? I haven't done anything wrong to my knowledge and the only time I really get on is to skill up or earn money so I can build a lot. I spent way too much time doing this just to lose my account. :( my username login is theaxknown but my sim is called Devotedly. I seriously have no clue what happened.
 
Never mind! I figured out why I think, I had an older account but FORGOT about it and haven't used it in over a damn year so the account I ACTUALLY USE got suspended or cancelled. Thanks...
 
Hello, after not playing for 1-2 months, I am receiving this message "INV-150;We're sorry, but your account has been suspended or cancelled.". Could anybody help me? What should I do? What should I connect? I want to play again. :)
