Optimizing screen size for clicking

Just upgraded my computer to a Dell XPS 15 and installed FreeSo.

Im having an issue where as you move the mouse cursor to the top of the screen, the mouse click point is much lower - its not accurate. If i want to click on something on a lot or a menu, you have to click lower than where is needed. Weird thing is, if the menu is on the bottom, its perfect.

Do you have any suggestions to fix this?
