My roommates can sell my furniture. Both the ones with build permissions and the ones without.

When a roommate "sells" your stuff, the stuff gets put into your inventory.
If that stuff was custom content then you wont be able to see thatit is in your inventory because the custom content items no longer appear on any Catalog.

When you buy crap from someone or from a shop or mall, you need to remember to UNMARK the object as "for sale" when you place it. Otherwise it will be purchasable by anyone with buy mode access (roommates by default) on your lot.

The CC they sold made my entire inventory invisible, but the furniture was still there. Once the CC object was put down, the rest of my inventory showed up.
