TO SET THEM:
Put the file SETUP (choose only one) in C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient\Content

Like the blurred one, but I don't like the TSO-style font. In my opinion, you should keep it the same as the "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" font, because otherwise it just looks out of place.

I used the same as the loading words to make it fit with that stuff, is it better to use the under construction one?

Yes - UI changes will eventually be supported, and that means that custom SpriteFonts can be used instead of SimDialogue-Uni-Bold.
