Where to get the playable updates?

So, after some time i came back to the forum to check the progress and i saw that the game is almost playable(You can connect to another server and chat)
But i can't find where to download that version!
Tried opening the PDPatcher and it says "Couldn't find manifest"
Tried opening Project Dollhouse.exe and says "Stopped Working"
