Game does not start.

4GB RAM
Windows 7 64x
VGA - Geforce 9500 128bits 1GB

That's pretty worrying for some reason... That error makes no sense. It crashed loading the first texture in the game.
How did you install TSO?

First I did the install manually (by TSO), then I did the instalation via launcher. But I still have the error.

All that I can gather from that message is that it failed to load the first message in the game. Either something is missing or something went seriously wrong with Monogame.

Where is The Sims Online installed?
