If the city that one of your Sims live in is offline, shouldn't your character have a gray background behind it and not be clickable?

The reason of why I say this is that connecting to an offline city may cause problems with the game.
This probably isn't needed, but I could help with this...

Feel free to help. Need all the help I can get now that Rhys is taking a break, but I'd prefer it if you could work on bugs that are already registered on the issue tracker rather than coming up with issues of your own.
This one literally requires changing one line of code.
This one has the solution posted by Rhys, it just needs implementing.
