On newer computers you need to "Run as Administrator" - do you have that option when you right-click on the installer?

Issue I bumped in to the same as simsuncensored with the updater - but when I clicked the "Official FSO Installer Utility x86 Edition.exe" it failed the first attempt, but I tried again and now it's installing it... any idea what could be happening with the updater?

Please tell me you updated your .NET Framework?

I'm sure I will need to update the videos after the next open beta launch ^_^

They mentioned after this fix, people may have to Register again, as I believe they tend to cleanup a lot of areas and start fresh with the new Open/Closed Beta day - just be prepared - just in case :)

I'm confused how it created "C:\TeamCity" folder o_O It's supposed to be in this Path: C:\Program Files\FreeSO I would uninstall what you have and reinstall it again, make sure it creates the correct path ...
