I don't think so, i think is iOS 7 or more with 2GB RAM as recommended.

Im translating FreeSO to Spanish and its available to download, Oniji says that because he has FreeSO in Spanish. In the current build all spanish characters (ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú) are working perfectly.
