Just saw the first implementation of safe server shutdown. I was so happy when I saw the shutdown server message in the client. It's starting to feel more like a working mmo every day :)

I think blazing falls could turn the middle part into like a desert with mesas and valleys or something like that. I'd like a house in the mountains if we go with test center though :)

I hope that eventually we'll be able to create an automated economy that can change the prices and payouts on its own. If a system like that works in the long run i think it will save a lot of headaches down the line.

very excited to see the lots don't have to be gray nothingness anymore. Island lots are going to be cooler now. I like the added UI for expanding the lot sizes, very glad that the ambient sounds got implemeted too, imissed hearing those :) Surprised how well the server is coming along as well...

I agree that I can't wait for a global server but we should make sure all the non-sever stuff works first.

yeah it looks cool but TSO OS only runs like 6 games, and they are all EA titles :p Sims 3, Battlefield, SSX 3, SimCity...

A lot of people will not notice it because if your computer is connected to the internet when you install it, instead of getting the slides you get asked if you want to make an EA Account or something like that. I've installed TSO over and over and I only noticed them when I installed it on a...
