In the twitter app, you can turn on notifications for a specific person. When they tweet, you get notified. You don't need to be tagged.

I misunderstood, didn't see the server address right away. But I'm still asking for it to be opened. I know we can run servers, but that looked a little complicated for me.

This the screen I get. Leaving it blank or putting in a login account still has it stall at 25% then I get a "can't connect to servers" message. I'm using the tsoclient.
