Use WinRaR. Makes extracting to the folder much easier. You overwrite them.

I have a feeling you are not extracting the files to the proper directory...You need to extract the files of the latest build to \Maxis\The Sims Online\TSOClient

In your TSOClient folder..

The latest dist at the moment is #78. Remember to execute the tso.client application, not the PD client. You don't log in. Once the login prompt appears, that is when you click the Simantics button.

The current build puts you at a city view where you can choose a lot to go to on the list.

If you're typing it in correctly, and it stays at 0%, it means the server is not currently up.

Because it's catching up with the current state of the server. This is normal for now. EDIT: It looks to be down at the moment due to a crash.

I added a sink to the upstairs bathroom...And I changed the file name to PartyBlock_00.xml, so that you can keep it and not get it confused with other lots. Updated the download link.
