Okay, I'm starting up the game for the first time. But no matter what I do, my Sim isn't visable in Create-a-Sim, and that makes it really hard to see what I would like to wear. Please help!

So I did all the instructions in this video, so I try to launch FreeSO. What I get a long error message, and it tells me FreeSO has stopped working. Please help, I do not know what I did wrong!
