Basically, a lot where owners can host a challenge (like the one's you find on the internet, - player-created goals). Motives decrease status may vary (decide by the lot owner). Perhaps If another is possible: give the option to these types lot have another current lot category define as a secondary (aka. challenge-service lot or challenge-games lot).
