I have a few big changes to make to rendering before I can focus on things like rendering to custom render targets.
It's a good idea in theory. In practice it'd be going off every half-second due to abusers, people still afk, or massive events. How about a mini box (action camera person falling asleep, peein, joining, left) incase you missed it off camera or there on 3rd or 5th floor
Options -> Disable PIPIt's a good idea in theory. In practice it'd be going off every half-second due to abusers, people still afk, or massive events.
Taking about this, why not do same like sims 1, if space is pressed, the camera will center and follow the active character.I know this is an eventual feature but I really suggest having the camera focus on the player the moment they enter the lot.
I SECOND THIS SO BADTaking about this, why not do same like sims 1, if space is pressed, the camera will center and follow the active character.
Trust me, it'd get annoying fast.Options -> Disable PIP
I think you could do that in the original TSO.Taking about this, why not do same like sims 1, if space is pressed, the camera will center and follow the active character.
PIP switch delaying?Trust me, it'd get annoying fast.

All I'm waiting for right now is the game to just be playable. If at minimum we could get the game working the way it used be, that would be enough for me. It was alot of fun playing back then, but if the devlopers manage to make awesome additions along the way, i.e. multiple story lots, then it's just extras on an ice cream sundae of awesomeness. If they got just the main game finished and then started adding stuff that would be cool too .
Which primitive do you mean? Any way to do it in the TSO base code??PIP still works in TSO, it's set off by the special effect primitive.
I just said, "Special Effect" is the primitive name.Which primitive do you mean? Any way to do it in the TSO base code??
!rip fuseI just said, "Special Effect" is the primitive name.
Small problem, both my laptop and desktop are unusable due to unrelated power failures. Nothing is lost but at the same time I can't exactly do anything right now...
ouch, more expensive than i thoughtIt's not the fuse, its the PSU (desktop) and charger (laptop, 150W so hard to replace).
there goes about £100-£200...If it were a fuse I would have replaced it immediately for like £1 and not even posted... I've got warrenty disputes for the laptop and potential motherboard replacement for the desktop to consider.
