Buyable Skill Points

Would be cool if we could buy skill points, like one skill point could cost between 10-20k, or even more, and the skill would still decay. This would be an good money drain. I know i would buy tons of skill points.

I agree with the Bills/Taxes, they are needed as a drain of some kind. I don't agree stores should be removed, sure they make the most money, but that doesn't mean they need to be removed. The economy should have poor/middle/rich sims. Everyone should not be =, and there are other things to strive for besides being a millionaire. Of course I feel a lot could/needs to be added, like in game contests, adjusted property bonus for top lots, rare objects. I mean; there is really so many things that can be added long term if we stick with the game! also, what do you suggest the tax rate/bills % be, and how would you calculate it, or base it off of? I would like to hear your thoughts. :)
