Cannot play my on certain wifi connections understood!

Hi guys! The other day I could not log in because every time I do, I pick my sim and where I want to go but the loading stops at 29% and says "Sterilizing TCP/IP sockets." I really want to log on to play with my best friend in another state but I also play while I'm at work instead of home! Was playing in two different places a bad idea? Today I logged in just fine while I was at work but now I can't at all at home!

Update! This could be your own wifi causing the problem not the game, device, ip! I had a technician come in the other day and then i started having this issue, I can play everywhere else except at home because they messed something up!
 
Your technician might be innocent :)
29% is usually where it stops when your firewall is blocking the connection, I believe

oh that's odd the technician fixed it though and he didn't say anything about a firewall :/ I've been able to play since then, Thanks for the idea!
