Can't Access my Account

I made an account earlier today and was playing until I was kicked out due to a network error (if I remember correctly).
I then tried to rejoin the game but got an error that says the following: "INV-110;The member name or password you have entered is incorrect. Please try again."
Even though I am certain that I am entering the right details, tried to reset the password but this doesn't seem possible.
What gives? Apologies if this isn't the right place for asking such questions.

Can confirm I'm having the same issue. Was able to log in at around 3am UTC today, but 12 hours later (3pm UTC) getting same error message. INV-110;The member name or password you have entered is incorrect. Please try again.
 
It's probably worth mentioning what your sims were actually called.

Sim I created was called Darren Sagat

It should be noted I created the account yesterday and my first login was yesterday, but I cant get back on now.
Im pretty certain Im getting my login details correct too.

hmm.. it might of been Darren Saget
The thing is I cant even get past the login screen. If its too much hassle I can just make a new acc
