Can't log into a specific sim (error code 23)

Highlight the link (it's not a hyperlink) and right click, select "Go to support.freeso.net"
Make sure that there is no "www." because it sometimes doesn't want to work the way you want it too.

If something happens, where you can only use 1 sim, just wait for the server to restart and your issue will be resolved, usually.

When one of your sims gets stuck on a lot do NOT try with your other sims. The problem lies with the lot, not your sim and any/all sims trying to enter the lot will be stuck.

Once the server is restarted, the lot is usable again and all Sims that were stuck there are available again.

It happens now a lot of times. Do you know when is the server restarting usually?

There is currently no schedule for server restarts.
You can ask for your sim to be freed from a stuck lot in the support channel at the discord server. This will not fix THE LOT (so do not return to it) but will allow you to play your sim on other lots.
